Principal Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for dealers and customers in accordance to their specifications and company policies/procedures.
- Meet with dealers, owners, contractors, main contractors to identify their needs and enhance the company's chances of securing orders.
- Conduct product presentation for dealers, consultants, main contractors, and owners if necessary.
- Conduct price negotiations with customer and establish final product specifications for order entries.
- Prepare sales analysis report – success / failure rate, booking, invoiced sales, etc.
- Prepare Weekly Activity & Quotation Reports to reporting manager.
- Process P.O. also prepare Factory Order and coordinate with Engineering, Factory, Sales, Admin and Accounts department accordingly.
- Review Debtor's Lists regularly and follow-up with dealers to ensure collections are done on time.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in HVAC industry in the areas of sales and services.
- Problem solving skills: Can objectively analyze problems and identify workable solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates with sound technical knowledge in air-conditioning equipment, systems and processes will be given preference
