The Head of Sales – Trade Division is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, and leading high-performing sales teams in the furniture sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen to develop and execute regional sales strategies that expand market share and drive business success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Regional Sales Strategies : Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Manage Sales Teams and Performance : Set targets, lead sales teams, and monitor performance to ensure goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams : Work with technical teams to align products/services with customer needs and ensure service quality.
  • Market Analysis and Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to refine sales strategies.
  • Business Expansion and Client Relationship Management : Develop business partnerships, manage key clients, and drive long-term market positioning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred but not required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the furniture industry. Minimum 3 years in a managerial role, leading teams in sales and distribution.
  • Proven expertise in sales strategy development, team leadership, and market expansion.
  • Hands-on experience in leading large-scale sales operations and distribution networks.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to optimize sales strategies.
