Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations and After-Sales teams in achieving company targets and evaluating branch performance.
  • Lead and monitor CRM, telesales, digital sales, new order sales (NOS), customer satisfaction, and repeat order programs across all branches.
  • Develop and evaluate partnerships with financial institutions to support sales growth.
  • Manage and analyze operational and marketing data to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee company website, social media platforms, and brand image through effective digital communication.
  • Drive marketing, digitalization, and customer service development projects.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including promotional materials, publications, and public relations activities.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in digital media, CRM tools, and technology-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience in collaborating with leasing or financing companies is a plus.
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Bandung.
