Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a
    structured sales system
    that supports company growth targets.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead
    a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and measurable performance standards.
  • Formulate and execute
    sales strategies
    for new customer acquisition, client retention, and market expansion.
  • Work
    in conjunction with other divisions
    — production, marketing, and operations — to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled with excellence, regardless of circumstances.
  • Maintain a
    solutions-oriented and target-driven approach
    , never assigning blame but always seeking to deliver results and improvements.
  • Provide transparent
    sales performance reports and insights
    to management for continuous optimization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in B2B sales or sales management, preferably within
    printing, packaging, or manufacturing
    industries.
  • Proven success in
    building and managing sales teams
    and achieving consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong
    strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication
    abilities.
  • High resilience and adaptability in a
    dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
