Sales Manager

build, structure, and lead the sales organization

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a
structured sales system
that supports company growth targets. - Recruit, coach, and lead
a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and measurable performance standards. - Formulate and execute
sales strategies
for new customer acquisition, client retention, and market expansion. - Work
in conjunction with other divisions
— production, marketing, and operations — to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled with excellence, regardless of circumstances. - Maintain a
solutions-oriented and target-driven approach

sales performance reports and insights

Qualifications
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in B2B sales or sales management, preferably within
printing, packaging, or manufacturing
industries. - Proven success in
building and managing sales teams
and achieving consistent revenue growth. - Strong
strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication
abilities. - High resilience and adaptability in a
dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment. - Displays integrity, accountability, and a
