Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for highly organized, proactive, and data-driven
Sales Operations Administrator
, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Operations Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate reporting, and seamless cross-department coordination. The position is designed to allow our Sales Head to fully focus on driving sales, customer acquisitions, and revenue growth – while managing the supporting sales operations, reporting, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration & Data Accuracy
    – Maintain and update sales records, quotations, and customer visit reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to support business growth.
  • Sales Performance Tracking –
    Monitor and evaluate subsidiary KPIs (sales results, GOM, and product support), generating actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Management Visibility –
    Prepare clear, data-driven reports and dashboards that provide executives with real-time visibility into sales performance and pipeline progress.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration –
    Coordinate with sales, finance, distribution, IT teams and other teams/3rd parties as needed to ensure seamless execution of sales operations and customer deliverables.
  • Process & SOP Development –
    Document workflows and continuously improve sales processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and compliance across subsidiaries.
  • Meeting & Communication Support –
    Organize internal sales meetings, compile and circulate minutes, and act as a liaison between subsidiaries and Head Office for issues, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Project Supports –
    Provide administrative and operational support for sales campaigns, events, and ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.

These responsibilities are designed to strengthen the sales team, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute directly to driving business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    in sales operations, sales administration, or business support, preferably in a multinational or subsidiary-driven environment.
  • Strong
    coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
    , with the discipline to track details and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    with the ability to create accurate, clean, and visually clear sales reports and dashboards.
  • Skilled in
    cross-department communication
    , able to work effectively across the teams.
  • Able to
    work independently
    , take initiative, and apply problem-solving skills to support sales performance and operations.
  • Discreet and professional
    in handling sensitive business data and executive-level reports.
  • Fluent in professional
    Bahasa Indonesia and English
    , both written and spoken.
