Job Descriptions:
- Manage livestream production flow (host, co-host, operator) to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery
- Benchmark against competitors and latest trends to create improvement plans
- Monitor livestream metrics (GMV, CTR, CTOR, ERR, AOV) and submit performance reports within 24 hours post-livestream with insights and recommendations
- Propose and execute livestream gimmicks, promos, and ads aligned with brand campaigns
- Implement creative direction (host approach, design style, real set optimization, host - co host - operator interactiveness during livestream, etc)
- Ensure livestream operations run smoothly (tools, SOP, troubleshooting)
- Make sure all crew (hosts, co-hosts, operators) follow workflows and SOPs
- Monitor viewer sentiment (comments, feedback, reviews) and relay insights to production
- Collaborate with AM, Store Ops, and Creative Team to align livestream execution
- Conduct QC checks on livestream sessions to maintain ≥95% execution accuracy
- Provide constructive feedback to hosts and operators for continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
- Min. of 2 years experience in project management, livestream production, or account management
- Strong understanding of livestream engagement metrics and e-commerce sales drivers
- Basic technical knowledge of livestream tools (TikTok Studio, OBS, marketplace studios)
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (talent, operators, creatives)
- Comfortable using data dashboards and reading brand KPIs for performance insights
- Excellent organizational, communication, client-facing skills and strong problem-solving skills; quick to respond to technical or operational issues
- Able to work onsite in BSD, South Tangerang
