Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.0).
- More than 5 years of experience as business analyst in financial industry.
- Good understanding of financial industry business processes (banking /multi finance).
- Fluent in English.
- Familiar with Business Requirement and Functional Specification Design document.
- Good understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) including Waterfall and Agile concept.
- Familiar with Business Analyst tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end business analysis process, including requirement gathering, documentation, and validation.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and vendors.
- Conduct process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business users to elicit requirements.
- Support project delivery by reviewing technical designs, ensuring alignment with business needs, and assisting in testing (SIT/UAT).
- Contribute to change management activities, including user training, communication, and adoption strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts in the team.
