Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale of 4.0).
  • More than 5 years of experience as business analyst in financial industry.
  • Good understanding of financial industry business processes (banking /multi finance).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Familiar with Business Requirement and Functional Specification Design document.
  • Good understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) including Waterfall and Agile concept.
  • Familiar with Business Analyst tools and techniques.
  • Thorough and detail-oriented person.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to independently learn new concepts/technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end business analysis process, including requirement gathering, documentation, and validation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and vendors.
  • Conduct process analysis, gap analysis, and feasibility studies to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business users to elicit requirements.
  • Support project delivery by reviewing technical designs, ensuring alignment with business needs, and assisting in testing (SIT/UAT).
  • Contribute to change management activities, including user training, communication, and adoption strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts in the team.
