Responsibilities:

  • l Lead the store team to achieve business goals, maximize sales performance, and ensure superior client experience.
  • l Implement brand strategy and maintain Tod's visual, operational, and service excellence.
  • l Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to uphold the brand's culture and standards.
  • l Analyze store performance metrics and develop action plans to drive profitability and productivity.
  • l Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, VIP customers, and corporate partners.
  • l Coordinate with internal departments and Kanmo Group management for business alignment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • l Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • l Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing team performance.
  • l Deep understanding of client telling and luxury customer experience.
  • l Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • l Able to plan and conduct store event.
  • l Fluent in English.
