Position : Purchasing Staff
Location : Cipete, South Jakarta
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to support our growing business operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, administration, or finance, and is experienced in handling purchasing documentation, supplier communication, and inventory monitoring.
You will play a key role in ensuring that the purchasing process runs smoothly and efficiently, from creating purchase orders to tracking deliveries and maintaining accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and thrives in a structured but fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (min. 1–2 years) in purchasing, procurement, or administrative role.
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with purchase workflows and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with procurement/accounting software (Accurate, SAP, etc.).
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Able to join immediately or as soon as possible is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and track Purchase Orders (PO) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain updated records of inventory, invoices, and purchasing documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
- Verify and process invoices for purchased items.
- Support the finance/accounting team in purchase-related documentation.
- Maintain proper filing systems for all purchasing records and vendor information.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and price comparison.
- Help monitor and control purchasing budget and expenses.
