Job Description:
The Junior IT Operation will assist in maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure, including security systems, hardware, software, and network operations. The role involves ensuring the smooth running of IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end-users.
Key Responsibilities :
* Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems (hardware, software, servers, network).
* Assist in managing IT security systems and implementing basic security protocols.
* Support end-users with technical issues and IT requests.
* Help maintain and update company IT documentation and asset inventory.
* Assist in software installation, updates, and patches.
* Support IT team in infrastructure projects and upgrades.
Requirements :
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Basic understanding of network, server, and IT infrastructure.
* Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
* Knowledge of security protocols, firewall, antivirus, and backup systems is a plus.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills :
* Experience with IT support or operations (internship counts).
* Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a bonus.
