Job Description:

  • This position will be in charge for the end to end assessment process (Internal & External)
  • Liaising with the user for making an assessment matrix based on job competencies
  • Developing new assessment tools for our internal needs.
  • Understanding the concept of HAV (human asset value)
  • Managing IDP post-assessment program
  • Providing leadership to the team
  • Maintain accurate records of all assessments and evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experiences, preferable from Tbk company
  • Certified as Assessor in Assessment Center
  • Experience leading assessment as part of the HR/HC Dept in company
  • Understand psychological assessments instrument, screening promotion candidates, and or assessment SOP
  • Has a good communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in English
