Job Description:

Perform in-process and final inspections of automotive parts, assemblies, and finished products.
Measure and verify product dimensions using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and company procedures.
Record inspection results, prepare reports, and escalate non-conformances.
Support quality engineers in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Conduct visual checks, functional tests, and sampling inspections according to control plans.
Monitor production processes and report any deviations or quality issues.
Maintain inspection tools and ensure proper calibration.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized inspection area

Requirement:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Quality Inspection, must be from the automotive manufacturing industry.
Familiar with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM preferred).
Knowledge of quality systems and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
