Job Summary:

As a PPIC Staff, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring material and product availability, and ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time. This role requires strong coordination skills with related departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Production to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting within the PPIC function.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process orders from Sales or Marketing.
  • Create and update production schedules according to orders received.
  • Ensure ordered goods are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse and Purchasing to ensure material availability.
  • Coordinate with the Production department to secure finished goods availability based on schedule.
  • Prepare reports related to PPIC responsibilities.
  • Verify and validate reports prepared by PPIC Admin.
  • Monitor shipping schedules together with Sales and DM section, and report any production issues causing potential delivery delays.
  • Perform duties in accordance with job descriptions and applicable SOPs.
  • Maintain equipment and work facilities within PPIC to ensure proper use.
  • Report to superior on updates, progress, and issues related to PPIC activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in PPIC, Production Planning, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of production scheduling, inventory control, and basic supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure with deadlines.
