- Resolve customer complaints, address enquiries, and provide basics of device or kit application.
- Deliver basic product/sales presentations in local language and English.
- Report updates to the Sales Manager proactively.
- Accountable for sales numbers, activities, and sales leads opportunities management.
- Science background: Biomed, Microbiology, Bioscience, or Medical Lab Technologies.
- Working experience in medical diagnostic sales is an added advantage.
- Working experience in Medical Lab Technologies is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Basic literacy in Microsoft 365 (Powerpoint, Excel, Word).
