Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize daily schedules, ensure all project-related activities can be carried out efficiently, arrange business travel, and other important events
- Coordinate with the project team and external partners to ensure project progress is in accordance with the set targets
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Provide the CEO with relevant, accurate and timely information related to ongoing projects
- Receive and manage both internal and external communications related to property projects
- Complete other administrative tasks, such as arranging procurement of goods or services for projects, budget management, and others as needed.
- Provide support to the CEO in making decisions related to projects, both in terms of data, analysis, and research
- Manage access to sensitive information and ensure confidentiality of project and company-related data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in Secretary, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a secretary, preferably those with experience in the property or construction industry
- Excellent organizational skills, able to manage time and various tasks efficiently
- Proficient in using office software (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Have a proactive, assertive, detail-oriented attitude, and able to work under pressure
- Can work independently or in a team
- Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Fluent in Indonesian, English language skills are an added value.
