Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize daily schedules, ensure all project-related activities can be carried out efficiently, arrange business travel, and other important events
  • Coordinate with the project team and external partners to ensure project progress is in accordance with the set targets
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Provide the CEO with relevant, accurate and timely information related to ongoing projects
  • Receive and manage both internal and external communications related to property projects
  • Complete other administrative tasks, such as arranging procurement of goods or services for projects, budget management, and others as needed.
  • Provide support to the CEO in making decisions related to projects, both in terms of data, analysis, and research
  • Manage access to sensitive information and ensure confidentiality of project and company-related data.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in Secretary, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a secretary, preferably those with experience in the property or construction industry
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage time and various tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in using office software (MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Have a proactive, assertive, detail-oriented attitude, and able to work under pressure
  • Can work independently or in a team
  • Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Fluent in Indonesian, English language skills are an added value.
