Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and hospital administrators

Provide client education on cord blood services through maternity classes, hospital talks, and one-on-one consultations

Support inquiries, educate clients through the decision-making journey, and ensure pre-to-post sales satisfaction

Provide ongoing training and support to gatekeepers, hospital staff, and partners

Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, conversion, referral programs

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive regional market penetration

Coordinate closely with the Customer Support team for escalations

Organize and represent the company in hospital events and maternity talks

Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and sales reports

Monitor competitors and provide actionable feedback to improve strategies

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field

2+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account, or Medical Representative roles

Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident, well-spoken, and emotionally intelligent

Comfortable working independently and in field settings

Presentable, trustworthy, and professional with strong ethics

Willingness to work on weekends if needed (e.g. events/talks)

Possess a valid driver's license and preferably has own vehicle

Background in healthcare/pharma/medical industry is a plus
