Role Description
The Employee Relations - HR role is a full-time, on-site position located in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The individual will oversee employee relations, foster engagement, implement and enforce HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Additionally, this role will contribute to enhancing performance management processes and resolving workplace matters effectively while creating a positive organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement to build a supportive work environment and address employee needs.
- Proficiency in Performance Management to evaluate, guide, and enhance employee and team performance effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; advanced certifications in HR are a plus.
- Proven experience in an HR or Employee Relations role is preferred.
