Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Drive store performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Manage, train, and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and loss prevention activities.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales reports and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and HQ operations teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or F&B retail.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with experience handling multiple stores or large teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about fashion and delivering a premium retail experience.
