Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Drive store performance to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Manage, train, and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and loss prevention activities.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales reports and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and HQ operations teams for seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or F&B retail.
- Proven leadership and people management skills with experience handling multiple stores or large teams.
- Strong understanding of retail metrics, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
