Responsibilities

Manage organizational data needs and ensure seamless data flow from multiple sources
Build, maintain, and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely insights
Oversee data governance, quality, and compliance with data protection and security regulations
Lead and mentor the data team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering professional growth
Collaborate with Data Analytics, Business, and Engineering teams to maximize the use of data across the company
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability
Act as a main communicator between business and data team, ensuring visibility and accessibility of data at all levels

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing data team
2–5 years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or business intelligence
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, etc.
Experience with cloud data warehouse solutions (BigQuery preferred)
Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline orchestration
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent communication skills to connect business needs with data-driven solutions
