Job Description

  • Responsible for the preparations for the opening of stores in the area under your charge, including the recruitment and training of store employees

  • Responsible for the operation and management of the stores in the area, assist and guide the personnel, materials, equipment, cleaning, safe operation, emergencies

  • Responsible for operating indicators such as turnover, cost, profit, customer satisfaction, and employee development of stores in the area

  • Regularly conduct store inspections to find problems, formulate improvement plans, and supervise the implementation

Requirement

  • More than 2 years of operation and management experience in chain enterprises, experience in coffee or tea chain stores is preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills

  • Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan experience is preferred

  • Quick learning ability and the ability to guide others' work

  • Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is preferred
