Job Description
Responsible for the preparations for the opening of stores in the area under your charge, including the recruitment and training of store employees
Responsible for the operation and management of the stores in the area, assist and guide the personnel, materials, equipment, cleaning, safe operation, emergencies
Responsible for operating indicators such as turnover, cost, profit, customer satisfaction, and employee development of stores in the area
Regularly conduct store inspections to find problems, formulate improvement plans, and supervise the implementation
Requirement
More than 2 years of operation and management experience in chain enterprises, experience in coffee or tea chain stores is preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
Starbucks, Kopi Kenangan experience is preferred
Quick learning ability and the ability to guide others' work
Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is preferred
