Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Post Sales Technical Engineer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Engineer will be responsible for driving technical sales initiatives, managing client accounts, providing technical support, and leading the sales process. They will work closely with Business Team to ensure their needs are met, build and maintain strong relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of technical engineer is a must,
- Proven track record in cybersecurity, with specific experience in cloud security solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle)
- Understanding of agentless security technologies, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and cloud-native architectures
- Knowledge of cloud security concepts including CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, DSPM
- Knowledge of security standards like SOC2, ISO 27001, Indonesia PDP Policy, PCI DDS
