Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operations Officer, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Chief Operations Officer will play a critical leadership role in shaping and guiding company operations. Responsibilities include overseeing business planning processes, managing day-to-day operations, driving scalability and efficiency, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The role also involves managing budgets, optimising financial processes, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic leadership
- Proven experience in Operations Management, process improvement, and team development
- Exceptional Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of Finance and proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred
- Experience in the healthcare, insurance or technology industry is an advantage
