The Management Trainee Program is a career acceleration initiative for young talents eager to grow and contribute to business success. Qualifications
- Minimum D4/S1 degree with GPA ≥ 3.00.
- Graduates from Engineering majors (all disciplines).
- Strong interest in the manufacturing industry, especially garments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork ability, and target/project-oriented mindset.
- Passive English proficiency.
