Job Description:

·       Manage overall Marugame Udon CRM, from developing strategy until handling day to day plan

·       Create acquisition, lifecycle, retention until churned prevention programs based on member segments, including the amplification plan

·       Develop, Improve and deploy workflow or timeline to campaign channel

·       Analyze full CRM performance report with comprehensive data and insight

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field

·       Experience managing CRM business at least 5 years

·       Able to work independently

·       Mastering data analysis and have technical background is a plus

·       Certificate of Competency in Database System, Machine Learning, MarTech is a plus
