Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- At least 3–4 years of experience in taxation, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and holder of Brevet A & B (Brevet C is an advantage).
- Experienced in handling e-SPT, e-Faktur, DJP Online applications and coretax system.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills, proactive, and capable of liaising with external parties (tax office, tax consultants).
- High integrity and strong work ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly and annual tax reports (PPh, VAT, and other applicable taxes) in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain company tax documentation and records.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Perform tax reconciliations with accounting data and financial transactions.
- Handle correspondence and coordination with the tax office regarding audits, clarifications, or disputes.
- Provide tax impact analysis on business transactions (including international transactions within the shipping industry).
- Support management in planning tax strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize tax risks.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of tax data.
