Qualifications:


• Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry, including experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager.


• Strong understanding of outlet operations and daily workflows.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.


• Proven ability in managing operational budgets and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:


• Supervise and guide outlet supervisors to ensure smooth operations.


• Develop and implement operational programs and strategies.


• Handle customer complaints effectively and maintain service standards.


• Ensure all staff adhere to company SOPs.


• Conduct employee training and performance reviews.


• Resolve operational conflicts promptly and effectively.


• Plan and execute monthly and annual operational strategies, including budgeting, promotions, food cost management, and product development.


• Willing to work mobile in Jakarta and Bekasi areas
