Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning at store
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives/sales
  • Analyze product performance at store and giving out solutions to achieve sales target
  • Coordinate with Product Management team for developing promotion plan to boost sales target
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs if it is needed (B2B)

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in any field
  • Proven minimum 3 years experience as a Channel Management/Merchandiser/Key Account is required for this position
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
  • Proficiency in English (written & oral)
  • Experienced from Retail industry
  • Tech Savvy (up to date with current gadget trend)
  • Has experience in promotion field
  • Proficient user of MS Excel & Power point is a must
  • Sufficient Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude, negotiation & relationship management with channels
  • Willing to work at Bandengan, North Jakarta
