Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning at store
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives/sales
- Analyze product performance at store and giving out solutions to achieve sales target
- Coordinate with Product Management team for developing promotion plan to boost sales target
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs if it is needed (B2B)
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any field
- Proven minimum 3 years experience as a Channel Management/Merchandiser/Key Account is required for this position
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
- Proficiency in English (written & oral)
- Experienced from Retail industry
- Tech Savvy (up to date with current gadget trend)
- Has experience in promotion field
- Proficient user of MS Excel & Power point is a must
- Sufficient Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude, negotiation & relationship management with channels
- Willing to work at Bandengan, North Jakarta
