Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 35 years old
- Experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor min. 3 years in manufacturing company.
- Experience in managing a team of finance and accounting professionals.
- Have Tax Brevet Certification A and B is preferable
- Relevant experience with Tax, ERP or auditing is a plus.
- Expertise in financial statements, financial reporting, and accounting software
- Experience with external audits and regulatory compliance
Job Description:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and manage the organization's budget and financial forecasts.
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payment and collection.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure that all financial practices are in accordance with established guidelines.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
