Job Desciption:

Conducting the hiring process for new employees, including:

  • Actively involved in discussions with users regarding the Manpower Planning (MPP)
  • Screening candidate CVs, Scheduling tests and interviews
  • Administering psychological tests and conducting interviews
  • Managing the offering, background checks and employee contracts for selected candidates
  • Providing orientation for new employees

Conducting reviews for non-permanent employees:

  • Responsible for end-to-end review of contract employees (including cross-checking with users and People Partners, and submitting proposals for benefit and position changes based on review results)

Data Management:

  • Managing the hiring database and talent pool
  • Managing review data and employer branding data

Employer Branding:

  • Executing employer branding programs to raise company awareness among potential candidates
  • Actively participating in other internal events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment process as Tech Recruiter or having experience in Startup Company
  • Strong analytical thinking and time management
  • Strong communication and negotiating skills
  • Agile and adapt to dynamic changes
  • Target oriented, creative, proactive, able to work in team or individual
  • Experience in social media for employer branding activity is a plus
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume/applicant databases
