What you'll be doing
- Providing strong, visionary leadership to drive the company's growth and success

- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand the company's market share
- Providing strategic advice and guidance to the senior management team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a senior management or general management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams
- Thorough understanding of the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industry, including relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or operations management; postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable
