What you'll be doing

Providing strong, visionary leadership to drive the company's growth and success
Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve the company's short-term and long-term objectives
Overseeing all operational aspects of the business, including production, logistics, finance, and operational
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing organisational culture
Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities to expand the company's market share
Providing strategic advice and guidance to the senior management team

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a senior management or general management role, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry
Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders
Demonstrated track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams
Thorough understanding of the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics industry, including relevant laws, regulations, and best practices
Proven experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
Proficient in financial management and budgeting
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or operations management; postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable
