Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, based in Cirebon Regency. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data to inform business planning, providing exceptional customer service, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and inform business decisions
  • Experience in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic implementation
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Cirebon Regency
  • Experience in the software industry is beneficial
