Talent Insider is opening applications for our
Management Trainee Program
focused on
Recruitment
. This 1-year structured program is designed to train and develop future
Recruitment Consultants
who are passionate about helping people grow their careers and matching talent to the right opportunities.
Throughout the program, trainees will gain real experience in candidate sourcing, screening, client communication, and end-to-end recruitment delivery. You will be mentored by senior recruiters and gradually transition into handling live roles and client interactions. Successful trainees will have the opportunity to be promoted into a
full-time recruitment consultant
role.
Program Structure
- 3 Months Internship
- Learn recruitment fundamentals, sourcing techniques, and candidate management
- 3 Months Apprentice Level
- Assist in real projects, shadow interviews, and support end-to-end recruitment process
- 6 Months Full-Time Role
- Manage active roles, speak to candidates, and support client delivery independently

Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills in
English
, both written and spoken - Prior
internship experience
in HR, recruitment, or people-related roles is a
must - Interest in recruitment, talent management, or human capital development
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
- Detail-oriented, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow
