Descriptions:

  • Assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payment documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments, and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding payment schedules and financial documentation.
  • Support monthly closing activities, including account reconciliation and expense reporting.
