1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in managing & executing full-funnel, 360° marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Experience in lifestyle, home appliance, or 
    premium domestic coffee machine
     categories is a strong advantage.

2. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Strong ability to develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital, social, offline, PR, partnerships, and events.
  • Ability to translate business goals into creative and measurable marketing strategies.
  • Capability to build brand strategies for premium products such as domestic coffee machines.

3. Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Solid understanding of digital channels: paid ads, social media, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, email, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics, attribution models, and data-driven optimization.
  • Experience handling digital campaigns for high-involvement products like premium domestic coffee machines is a plus.

4. Creative & Content Development

  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling visual and written content.
  • Experience working with agencies, production houses, and creators/influencers.
  • Familiarity in developing lifestyle or educational content related to coffee, home café culture, or coffee machines.

5. Offline Marketing & Activation

  • Understanding of retail marketing, OOH, experiential marketing, and event management.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, or brand activations.
  • Experience managing product demos or activations for premium domestic coffee machines or similar home appliances is preferable.

6. Analytical Skills

  • Strong data literacy with the ability to interpret insights, analyse campaign performance, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analy tics, social media insights, CRM dashboards).

7. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams: sales, product, design, operations, and agencies.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

8. Communication & Leadership

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and external partners.
