  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any related fields.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Domiciled in Cirebon City, Cirebon Regency, or the Greater Cirebon Area (Wilayah 3 Cirebon) is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in computerized systems especially Microsoft Office and google tools.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in purchasing or administrative roles (experience in educational institutions is an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Handle the purchasing process for school supplies and services in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • Prepare purchase orders, compare quotations, and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and coordinate with finance for payment processing.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding requests and deliveries.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure goods meet required quality and specifications.
  • Support inventory control and ensure proper documentation for audits and reports.
