The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead our growth efforts in both
B2C (direct to travelers)
and
B2B (travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, corporate travel)
. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and partnerships.

Your Challenge (Application Requirement)

We want problem-solvers, not just doers. As part of your application, submit a
brief strategic plan
answering the following:

"If you were our Marketing Manager, how would you achieve 100,000 eSIM sales within 4 months?"

Your plan should cover:

  • B2C Strategy
    – How would you drive direct sales from Indonesian travelers (channels, campaigns, budget allocation, key messaging)?
  • B2B Strategy
    – How would you secure partnerships with agencies, travel businesses, and corporate clients to drive bulk sales?
  • Tactics & Timeline
    – What would you prioritize month by month?
  • Budget & ROI Projection
    – High-level budget allocation and expected results.
  • Measurement & Optimization
    – Key KPIs and how you would track/optimize campaigns.
