Job Responsibilities:
Actively participate in all company-organized training to improve after-sales service capabilities and service quality;
Provide timely and effective after-sales service support to customers in accordance with company regulations and requirements;
Responsible for handling online and on-site machine quality issues for customers in the subsidiary's covered markets;
Responsible for requesting and replacing equipment repair parts in the subsidiary's covered markets;
Responsible for installing and commissioning new equipment in the subsidiary's covered markets;
Responsible for providing customer training on operation, maintenance, and simple problem resolution;
Strictly adhere to and implement all safety precautions required by the company and on-site by the customer to ensure personal and equipment safety during the service process;
Cooperate with company service arrangements and be obligated to travel to other business regions/countries to provide after-sales service support;
Responsible for providing suggestions for machine quality improvements during the after-sales service process;
Responsible for assisting other colleagues in the subsidiary to complete on-site inventory checks at the subsidiary's spare parts warehouse;
Responsible for providing spare part recommendations for the subsidiary's spare parts warehouse during the after-sales service process;
Assist in completing other service tasks assigned by the headquarters' Technical Service Department.
Responsible for conducting equipment inspections in the subsidiary's covered markets;
Job Qualifications:
Must be able to speak Chinese, 3 years of service or technical support experience in the injection molding machine industry or related industries;
Proficient in the maintenance of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment, and the ability to read electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics, and mechanical assembly/component diagrams;
Chinese proficiency is a must, with Indonesian proficiency preferred;
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of injection molding machines and peripheral equipment;
Knowledge of traditional plastic raw materials;
7.Strong hands-on skills,Good communication and presentation skills,Strong ability to withstand pressure.
8.college or bachelor's degree,major in mechanical manufacturing, electrical engineering, automation, or plastic materials, or equivalent, 9.Other qualifications are required, but at least 5 years of experience in injection molding machine design, after-sales service, or maintenance.
Ability to handle on-site repair and maintenance work and work independently.
Strong safety awareness and the ability to protect oneself and others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to collaborate with customers, company employees, and suppliers.
Ability to drive a car.
Possess a machinist's license, electrician's license, or equivalent to meet local after-sales service requirements.
