REQUIREMENT :

  • Candidate must have processed at least a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree or above, from a reputable university.
  • Experience in sales related medical field (minimum 3 years)
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong knowledge of sales growth techniques

RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Expand our business, especially our new product, to create new users and outlets in targeted area
  • Able to explain our cardiology product and promote it to users
  • Determining Key Customer, Hospital Class, and Institution (Private and Public) which have potential product development in regional area
  • Maintain strong relationship with Potential User (Cardiologist) by accompany users to attending educational workshops, seminars, training, personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Setting, Implementing, tracking and managing budget, promotion and activity plan for users periodically to achieve the target
  • Generate plan for promotion activities (existing products and our new products)
  • Managing cross functional communication vertically among sales, marketing, finance, HR, and other function to ensure strategic alignment process
  • Deal with user's complaint and resolves the issue & complaint
