About the role

This is a full-time Senior Sales Manager IT for TMS position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. You will play a crucial role in driving sales for IT solutions, with a focus on their Transportation Management System (TMS) offerings. This is a strategic role that will have a direct impact on the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of PT Kamadjaja Logistics' TMS solutions among new and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on how PT Kamadjaja Logistics' TMS can streamline their logistics operations
  • Work closely with the product and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing campaigns
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of selling IT solutions, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong understanding of transportation management systems and logistics operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  • Proven ability to identify and qualify sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Proficient in using sales enablement tools and CRM systems
  • Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
