- Responsibility for food production, especially grill and stove, according to SOP.
- Maintain ingredient stock as required.
- Ensure preparation meets standards.
- Back up duties for Chef de Partie in operations.

- Provide suggestions for menu, product quality, and process improvements.
- Follow instructions from the Executive Chef and other kitchen managers.
- Broad knowledge of cooking techniques, spice varieties, and current culinary trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality output even in high volumes.
- Good communication skills and team‑player attitude.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean work area.
