Role and Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming call
  • Handle customer complaints by phone, email, mail or social media
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication
  • Assist administrative operational needs
  • Assist general affair needs
  • Preparing daily report of customers complaints and follow up
  • Responsible for daily of secretarial job
  • Meeting rooms arrangement
  • Report monthly activity to Sales Manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • D3 or S1 majoring Secretary or other related background
  • Excellent in English skills in verbal and written
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Creative and pro-active
  • Well-organized
  • Able to work independent and in a team as well
