Role and Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming call
- Handle customer complaints by phone, email, mail or social media
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication
- Assist administrative operational needs
- Assist general affair needs
- Preparing daily report of customers complaints and follow up
- Responsible for daily of secretarial job
- Meeting rooms arrangement
- Report monthly activity to Sales Manager
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- D3 or S1 majoring Secretary or other related background
- Excellent in English skills in verbal and written
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Creative and pro-active
- Well-organized
- Able to work independent and in a team as well
