Key Responsibilities:
Collect and clean data from various sources (forms, surveys, spreadsheets, CRM, etc.)
Process and visualize data into simple, understandable reports
Analyze trends in service performance and customer satisfaction
Support small-scale research or exploratory data projects
Collaborate with the Service team to identify insight needs
Provide recommendations based on findings and data analysis
Requirements:
Final year student in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivots, basic charts).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Canva charts) is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
Naturally curious and enjoys exploring patterns or doing mini research.
Proactive, open-minded, and eager to grow in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta and willing to work in a hybrid setting.
