We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development – Electronic Retail Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue within the electronic retail sector. Your expertise and industry insight will play a key role in expanding our market presence and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies targeting electronic & home depot retail channels
  • Identify and approach potential retail partners, negotiate deals, and manage onboarding
  • Maintain and grow new client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
  • Drive market expansion efforts by identifying new sales channels and opportunities to introduce our products in Semarang & Central Java area
  • Support brand visibility initiatives such as identifying strategic locations for signage, promotional placements, and branding activities
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for internal review

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role within electronic retail or consumer electronics
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote and in-office as needed)
  • Ability to meet targets and work independently
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) – this is a plus point

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the local electronic retail landscape and key players
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • Analytical mindset and a proactive attitude
