The Role
We're seeking a strategic
HR Specialist
to build and manage our human resources operations as we scale our growing team. You'll develop and implement our HR foundation, establishing processes and driving organizational excellence while working directly with our CEO on strategic HR initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for positions across the organization - HR Operations & Compliance:
Ensure Indonesian labor law compliance, manage BPJS and benefits administration, and maintain employee documentation systems - Performance & Analytics:
Monitor HR KPIs, create monthly dashboards, coordinate performance reviews, and provide strategic insights to leadership - Employee Relations Excellence:
Manage onboarding programs, employee engagement initiatives, and serve as primary HR support for our growing team - Foundation Building:
Establish HR policies, processes, and systems that will support our expansion - Strategic Support:
Partner with CEO on organizational development, culture initiatives, and talent planning for future growth
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years
in HR roles with full-cycle recruitment experience - Indonesian employment law expertise
including BPJS, labor regulations, and compliance requirements - Startup or fast-growth company experience
with ability to build HR operations from ground up - Strong analytical skills
for HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making - Growth mindset
with ambition to develop into HR leadership role as we scale
