Operations Manager – Alma Padel

Alma Padel is a new premium padel and lifestyle space. We are looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager to lead our team, oversee daily operations, and ensure Alma Padel delivers not only excellent service but also a welcoming and vibrant community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service.
  • Oversee daily operations of the club, including courts, facilities, and F&B areas.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the events team to support and execute tournaments, social gatherings, and community events.
  • Ensure the club's atmosphere reflects Alma Padel's premium positioning - cleanliness, friendliness, and positive vibes at all times.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain smooth coordination across departments (front desk, F&B, events, maintenance etc).
  • Handle scheduling, inventory, and basic reporting.
  • Uphold safety and facility standards, ensuring both staff and members enjoy a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in operations, hospitality, sports clubs, gyms, or F&B management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to communicate in basic English (preferred).
  • Knowledge of padel is a plus, but not mandatory - passion for sports and community is essential.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain a premium brand standard.
  • Flexible and willing to work on weekends or evenings if needed.
