Job Description:
Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Generate HR reports and analytics using Excel.
Manage employee benefits, including insurance, leave policies, and other entitlements.
Maintain accurate employee records and payroll administration (contracts, attendance, leaves, overtime and evaluations, etc.).
Ensure all HR documentation and filing comply with Indonesian regulations and company standards.
Job requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in financial services, P2P lending, or a multinational company.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel.
Experience in HRIS systems and tech savvy.
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, and also high attention to detail and accuracy.
Having growth mindset and willing to learn.
