Job Description:

  • Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.

  • Generate HR reports and analytics using Excel.

  • Manage employee benefits, including insurance, leave policies, and other entitlements.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll administration (contracts, attendance, leaves, overtime and evaluations, etc.).

  • Ensure all HR documentation and filing comply with Indonesian regulations and company standards.

Job requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in financial services, P2P lending, or a multinational company.

  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in Excel.

  • Experience in HRIS systems and tech savvy.

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • High integrity, discreet, and able to handle confidential information.

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, and also high attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Having growth mindset and willing to learn.
