Job Description

As a Sales & Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Indonesia Sales Manager in expanding the market, providing customer and administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Jakarta office during the company's growth stage.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Support (≈40%)

  • Assist the headquarters in gathering market and industry insights within the Southeast Asian healthcare sector.
  • Prepare sales reports, data analyses, and presentation materials for sales meetings.
  • Support client development and maintenance, including handling contracts, order documents, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate communication between the product team at headquarters and local clients.
  • Support local customer visits, events, and marketing activities.

Office Administration & Coordination (≈60%)

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations including office supplies procurement, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle employee attendance records, document filing, and contract administration.
  • Liaise with local vendors such as translation agencies, banks, accounting firms, and courier services.
  • Assist in establishing and improving office management processes to maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Management, Languages, or Healthcare-related fields.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales assistance, business support, or office administration roles.
  • Experience in multinational or Mandarin-speaking environments is highly preferred.

Languages:

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Mandarin communication skills are a strong advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong organizational, data management, and coordination skills.
