We are looking for a Sales Manager who is responsible for driving sales of OpenLearning services. The role will manage all aspects of the sales process including active prospecting, qualification, evaluation, closing, and account care, playing an integral role in the overall sales team's success. This is a quota-carrying sales position.
This role works closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Learning Services teams to meet the needs of new and existing partners. The role includes all aspects of sales, relationship management, and industry networking.
Key Accountabilities:- Drive new business revenue through outbound and inbound strategies.
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
- Collaborate with technical sales for demos and proof of concept as needed.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
You will work as part of the broader OpenLearning team to deliver against company targets, contribute to continuous improvement processes, and support the extension into new products and services.
The successful candidate should have:- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Education, or Tech-related industries, ideally in APAC.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using CRMs and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to manage long, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
