5–7 years of B2B IT sales experience
, including at least 2 years in supervisory position, ideally in a
Microsoft Partner or IT solutions environment
. Strong commercial acumen, familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure, and the ability to motivate a team in a dynamic, informal culture are key.
